Common questions
How is your token price the same as Claude API?
Because it literally is. We bill 1:1 at Anthropic's published rate card — no markup, no rounding up. The agent UI, the orchestration, the live run card, the cave-crew router: all free. You pay what you'd pay calling Claude direct.
So how do you make money?
Three ways. (1) Cheap subtasks — summaries, reformatting, classification — route to local Qwen/Gemma on our own hardware, so our Anthropic bill is smaller than yours. The gap is our margin. (2) Subscriptions include a small platform fee on top of token spend. (3) Team add-ons. That's the whole model.
What is BYO-key?
Bring your own Anthropic key. Pay Anthropic direct for every token. Pay us $5/mo flat for the agent UI and orchestration. Best if you already have credits or a volume deal.
Is this legal? Are you reselling Claude?
No — we sell agent products that run on Claude, not raw API access. Same pattern as Cursor, Perplexity, Manus. Anthropic's usage policy explicitly permits this. Our copy always says "agents powered by Claude," never "Claude API access."
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in Settings. Subscription runs to the end of the billing period — no refunds for unused days. Unused included spend does not roll over. Pay-as-you-go and BYO-key have nothing to cancel.
